He is responsible for the design, development and execution of human resource strategies, specifically in the areas of talent development, change management and organisational development. Over his 30-year career, Mr Raymund has held numerous leadership positions across local and international companies, and is also a certified solutions-focused coach.

Excelitas Technologies Singapore
Mr James Day is the Managing Director of Excelitas Technologies Singapore, a US-owned precision optics facility of approximately 700 employees in Boon Lay, designing and manufacturing optics for the Healthcare, Semiconductor, Defence and Aerospace industries. Prior to that, James was the VP of Asia Operations for Lumileds. Before that, he had a long career in the Semiconductors industry, initially in the Scotland, UK, then in the US. Since 2010, he has been based in Singapore with his wife, Laurie, and two Singapore special dogs.
